Job Title: International Voice Process – Customer Support Executive

Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 4:30 AM)

Working Days: 5 Days Working

- Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

- Handle customer queries for AT&T;, a leading US telecom company.
- Provide customer support through international voice calls.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain professional communication with international customers.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.




- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Experience in international voice process or customer service is preferred.
