Role Description The International voice process role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with international customers, responding to queries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues in a professional manner. The position requires adherence to process guidelines, documenting interactions, updating customer records, and maintaining service quality and call handling standards.

Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with team members, escalating complex cases to supervisors when necessary,



and meeting performance targets related to customer satisfaction, call volume, and response times. The role may involve working in rotational shifts to support global time zones.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English, including clear pronunciation and active listening abilities.
- Customer service and support skills, such as empathy, conflict resolution, and problem-solving in a call center environment.
- Basic computer literacy, including using CRM or call management systems, email, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and maintain punctuality, reliability, and professional conduct.
- Prior experience in international voice processes or BPO customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Capacity to learn process guidelines quickly, follow standard operating procedures, and adapt to performance feedback.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate in a rapid-paced, target-driven work environment.
