- To send the offers and maintain enquiries.
- Execution of samples, sample documents and approval follow up.
- Updating customer orders in order book and dispatch plan entries.
- Coordination with customer for shipping instructions, labels, freights confirmations, delivery schedules, specifications, documents, queries and shipment advise sharing.
- Sale order generation.
- Invoice checking and dispatch update on daily basis.
- Coordination internally with production, QC, packaging and logistics.
- Service PR generation.
- Follow up for invoices, packing lists, COO, health certificates, BL, shipping documents and other export documentation and sending them to customers.
- Payments tracking and follow-up.
- Tracking delivery status of shipments.
