Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and result-driven International Sales Executive to join our team in Ruby, Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in international sales, particularly in the USA and Canada markets, with excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle outbound calls, generate leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into customers.

Candidates with experience in the digital marketing, web development, IT services, or web solutions industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the USA and Canada.
- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.
- Pitch and promote company products and services to international clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls and emails to close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with international clients.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain professional communication and follow company calling procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in international sales, preferably handling the USA and Canada markets.
- Experience in outbound calling, cold calling, lead generation, and sales conversion.




- Excellent spoken English with a clear accent and strong communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with international customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate sales records.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with prior experience in any of the following domains will be preferred:

- IT Services and Software Solutions
- SEO and Social Media Marketing
- Web Solutions and Online Business Services

Eligibility Criteria
- Must have relevant experience in international sales and US/Canada calling.
- Freshers without relevant domain experience are not preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US and Canadian business hours.
- Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at the earliest will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, depending on experience and skills.
- Incentives based on sales performance, if applicable.
