We are hiring freshers and experienced candidates for International Voice and Voice/Chat Support roles in Mumbai and Kolkata.

Profile 1: Customer Service Executive – Fresher

- Location: Mumbai
- Salary: ₹2.8 LPA (Approx. ₹18,000 in-hand) + up to ₹3,000 night shift allowance
- Graduates from 2024, 2025 & 2026 batches
- Rotational shifts, 5 working days and 2 rotational week-offs
- Cab facility available
- B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech, Diploma, Pharmacy, LLB and LLM candidates are not eligible.

Profile 2: Senior Customer Service Executive – Experienced

- Location: Mumbai
- Salary: ₹4 LPA (Approx. ₹27,000 in-hand) + up to ₹3,000 night shift allowance
- Minimum 6 months of international voice process experience
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Graduates and undergraduates eligible
- Rotational shifts, 5 working days and 2 rotational week-offs
- Cab facility available

Profile 3:



Senior Customer Service Executive – Voice/Chat

- Location: Kolkata
- Salary: ₹3.5 LPA–₹5 LPA
- Any graduate with 1–3 years of international voice process experience
- Good English communication skills
- Rotational shifts, 5 working days and 2 rotational week-offs
- Cab facility available

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries through calls and/or chat.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and accurately.
- Maintain customer service and quality standards.
- Update customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
