- Qualification: Undergraduate (UG) / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shifts: Rotational shifts
- Weekly Offs: Rotational offs
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain qualified and clear communication with international customers.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet quality standards and productivity targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Good written English communication skills.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
