About the Role

Tez Healthcare Services is a Canada-based multidisciplinary healthcare organization seeking articulate, confident, and professional individuals to join our India-based operations team.

The successful candidate will communicate regularly with Canadian clients, healthcare professionals, insurance representatives, and internal team members. The role requires exceptional spoken English, excellent telephone etiquette, strong listening skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with Canadian clients and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and healthcare services.
- Respond professionally to telephone and email inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending requests.
- Coordinate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists,



and other healthcare providers.
- Provide administrative support to the Canadian operations team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduates in Mass Communication, Journalism, English Literature, Business Communication, or related disciplines are especially encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional English speaking, pronunciation, listening, and comprehension skills.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills are welcome.
- International voice process or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST or 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM IST + 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST Important: This is a professional healthcare coordination and communication role, not a sales or telemarketing position.
