We are looking for an International BD Manager to build Gateway’s international employer and placement network.
The primary responsibility is straightforward: Create genuine international job opportunities that Gateway can build programs around. The role will initially focus on the GCC, with scope to expand into other international markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own international employer partnerships across GCC, Cruise, Hospitality, Retail & F&B.;
- Identify and secure international hiring requirements and vacancies.
- Build the employer pipeline and negotiate commercial partnerships.
- Manage interviews, selections and offers with employers.
- Coordinate with Operations for candidate deployment.
- Drive repeat hiring and long-term employer relationships.
- Own KPIs: Vacancies, Offers, Deployments and Employer Partnerships.
