About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern with a positive understanding of recruitment and an interest in blue-collar hiring. The intern will work closely with the TA and Operations teams to source, screen, and coordinate with candidates, particularly electricians, technicians,



and field workforce across India.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, local networks, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and assess their suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
- Support blue-collar hiring and freelance technician sourcing across India.
- Build and maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with Operations and other stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills & Experience

- Basic understanding of recruitment and end-to-end hiring processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam or Tamil is required.
- Willingness to work on blue-collar hiring and technician sourcing.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for a 6-month, full-time, work-from-office internship in Bengaluru.
