Role Description: The Intern role at Embrace Consulting is a hybrid position based in Gurugram. The intern will support various projects by assisting with research, preparing presentations and workshop materials, and helping coordinate events and training sessions. Day-to-day tasks may include drafting communication content, organizing client data and feedback, and contributing to social media or outreach activities.

The intern will also collaborate with team members on existing projects,



while gaining hands-on experience in a professional consulting environment. This internship role provides learning opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to real-world client work.

Qualifications

- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and respectfully.
- Ability to conduct basic research, organize information, and prepare reports or presentations.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks.
- A degree in psychology, social sciences, business, human resources, or a related field (current or recently completed) is preferred.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and familiarity with social media platforms is beneficial.
