? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Salary: ₹3.5–5 LPA + Travel Allowance

? Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or a related field

? Mandatory: Two-wheeler with a valid Driving Licence

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate labour teams and manage daily site activities.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQs and BOMs.
- Monitor project progress, timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams for timely material delivery.
- Verify materials against order lists and report discrepancies within 2 days.
- Ensure proper material storage, handling and safety.
- Share daily progress reports with the concerned teams.
- Update customers regularly through WhatsApp groups.
- Escalate site issues and delays promptly.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety and discipline.
- Prevent damage to existing floors, walls and structures.
- Ensure proper storage and protection of materials.

✅ Supervise daily site activities, workers and contractors.

✅ Execute work as per approved drawings,



measurements and schedules.

✅ Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and modular furniture works.

✅ Monitor workmanship, finishes and quality standards.

✅ Coordinate material deliveries and maintain material records.

✅ Prepare daily progress reports with site photographs.

✅ Ensure site safety, cleanliness and protection of client property.

✅ Manage snag rectification and support final project handover.

? REQUIREMENTS

1–3 years of experience in residential interior site supervision experience. .

Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes and interior finishes.

Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements.

Solid site coordination and team management skills.

Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.

Kannada and Hindi preferred; working English required.

Willingness to travel across Bengaluru project sites.
