Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru with a compensation of up to 6 LPA.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, planning layouts, and preparing detailed drawings aligned with client requirements and project constraints. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, creating mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors. The role involves site visits to monitor progress, ensure design implementation, and address any on-site challenges.





The Interior

Designer will also support budgeting, timelines, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to develop functional, aesthetic layouts and concepts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate design ideas into precise technical documents.
- Experience working with FF&E;, including selection, specification, and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software), and familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, design visualization software).
- Formal education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (diploma or degree) and relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, creativity, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in Bengaluru or similar urban markets.
