About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage the coordination and execution of commercial interior projects from project kick-off to final handover. The role will involve working closely with clients, designers, site teams, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate project kick-offs, understand project scope, timelines, deliverables, and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and milestone plans.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

Design & Documentation
- Coordinate between design, site, client, and execution teams for drawings, BOQs, specifications, and approvals.
- Track design revisions, client approvals, and ensure the latest information reaches the execution team.
- Maintain project documentation and records.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors for material requirements, production, and deliveries.
- Follow up on material samples, approvals, purchase orders, and delivery timelines.
- Proactively flag any procurement issues that may affect project schedules.

Site & Execution




- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site teams to ensure execution as per approved designs and timelines.
- Track site progress, identify delays or dependencies, and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular site visits and project reviews as required.

Client Coordination
- Act as a key point of coordination between the client and project teams.
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, approvals, feedback, and action points.
- Ensure client requirements are communicated and followed through to closure.

Handover & Project Closure
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, final inspections, and client handover.
- Ensure all project deliverables, documentation, and pending activities are closed before project completion.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial interiors, turnkey projects, construction, or project coordination.
- Good understanding of interior drawings, BOQs, procurement, and site execution.
- Robust communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
