Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior execution activities at project locations.

Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, gypsum and partition work, painting, polishing, and civil work to ensure quality standards and adherence to design specifications. The role involves monitoring project timelines, managing daily work schedules, and ensuring that materials, tools, and manpower are available as per project requirements.

The Interior Site

Supervisor will liaise with project managers, designers, contractors, and clients,



maintain clear documentation of site progress, and uphold safety and compliance standards at all times. The role also includes resolving site issues promptly, conducting quality inspections, and supporting handover of completed spaces within agreed deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, including carpentry, gypsum and partition work, painting, polishing, and basic civil work.
- Experience supervising on-site teams, coordinating multiple contractors, and managing day-to-day site activities for commercial or corporate interior projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, interior layouts, and technical specifications, and implement them accurately on site.
- Proficiency in basic project planning, progress tracking, and reporting, with attention to timelines, resource allocation, and budget constraints.
- Understanding of site safety practices, local regulations, and quality standards relevant to interior construction and finishing.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, designers, project managers, and site workforce.
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant technical certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience (typically 3–5 years) in interior site supervision or similar roles, preferably in commercial, retail, or corporate projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, with flexibility to manage extended hours or weekend work as project needs
