Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Mumbai.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing creative, functional interior concepts for residential and commercial projects aligned with client requirements and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, preparing detailed design proposals, coordinating construction drawings, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) that meet aesthetic, budget, and performance criteria. The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors,



procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is accurately executed on-site and within timelines.

The Interior

Designer will also participate in client presentations, site visits, quality checks, and ongoing design refinements based on feedback and project constraints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to translate client needs into cohesive design concepts.
- Candidates should possess solid Space Planning skills to optimize layouts for functionality, flow, and user experience.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations for execution on-site.
- Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with design and budget.
- Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, with attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work within deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects is preferred.
