Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in the Pune Division.
The Interior
Designer will collaborate with clients to understand lifestyle needs, aesthetic preferences, and budgets, and translate them into functional, creative design concepts for residential spaces.
Responsibilities include developing space plans, creating mood boards and design presentations, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selections. The role involves working closely with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately,
timelines are met, and quality standards are maintained.
The Interior
Designer will also conduct site visits, manage revisions based on client feedback, and stay updated on trends, materials, and technologies relevant to up-to-date home interiors.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetic layouts for residential spaces.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop detailed plans, elevations, and technical documentation for execution.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills to source, specify, and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with design concepts and budgets.
- Candidates should have proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Candidates should demonstrate strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to present and justify design proposals clearly.
- Candidates should have experience managing multiple projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and working to defined timelines.
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in residential interiors will be an advantage.
- Candidates should show attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and openness to continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
