Role Description This is a full-time, in office Interior Design Sales role based in Pune District. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting interior design solutions that align with their budget and lifestyle.

The Interior Design

Sales professional will conduct site visits, collaborate with the design team on space planning and furniture layouts, and prepare proposals, quotations, and timelines. Daily responsibilities include managing client communication, coordinating project progress, following up on leads,



and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closing. The role also includes maintaining showroom or office displays and contributing to a positive client experience throughout the project.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
- Knowledge of Interior Design principles, including Space Planning and aesthetic coordination.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in consultative selling and converting leads into projects.
- Understanding of Furniture selection, finishes, and materials relevant to residential and commercial interiors.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular client and site meetings, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Prior experience in interior design, home décor, or real estate sales is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency with design presentations; familiarity with basic design or visualization tools is a plus.
