JOB TITLE:

Design Architect/ Interior Designer - 4+ years’ experience

Education qualification – Bachelor or Architecture or Bachelor of Interior Design

Experience required for the role: -

- 3-5 years’ experience in Design Concepts, Space planning & Detail Design Development for office Interiors.
- And 1-2 years’ experience in Interior BOQ and Coordination of all services.

Roles & Responsibility of the Candidates: -

Primary role:

- Due diligence for Interior fit out purposes. Site measurements to be done for layout purposes and
- help to convert into Auto CAD format.
- Creating Concepts through Mood Boards & Design Sketches for Interior Offices
- Create Space Planning and General Arrangement Plan.
- Create 3 D design as per Design concepts
- Create Design Development and GFC drawings as per Design concepts
- Review All Shop drawings as per detail drawings
- Design coordination layouts of all services in Interiors.
- AutoCAD, Excel, Sketchup & Rendering Proficiency

Secondary role

- Prepare BOQ as per Designs.
- Site Visits
- Working Knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Safety systems for workplace Interiors
