We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with a strong understanding of architecture, interior design, materials, lighting, and spatial aesthetics.

The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming architectural drawings and design concepts into high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders for commercial, corporate, hospitality, and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for architectural and interior design projects.
- Create realistic interior and exterior visualizations with accurate materials, textures, lighting, and detailing.
- Translate 2D AutoCAD drawings, mood boards, and design concepts into compelling 3D visuals.
- Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand design intent.
- Develop multiple design options, camera angles, and presentation views.
- Ensure accuracy in furniture proportions, finishes, materials, and architectural details.
- Enhance renders through post-production and image editing.
- Incorporate design revisions and deliver visualizations within project timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest visualization techniques,



software, and design trends.

Software Proficiency
- 3D Modeling: SketchUp / 3ds Max
- Rendering: V-Ray / Corona / D5 Render / Lumion / Enscape
- Post-Production: Adobe Photoshop
- Drafting: AutoCAD
- Knowledge of animation and walkthrough creation will be an added advantage.

Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, lighting, composition, and spatial planning.
- Ability to produce realistic renders with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive design sense and understanding of contemporary interior trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- A portfolio showcasing architectural and interior visualization work is mandatory.
