Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inter CA role based in Mumbai. The Inter CA professional will support the finance and accounts team with day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts related to multiple dealerships and service centers.

Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and tax working papers, as well as supporting audits and compliance activities. The role involves monitoring receivables and payables, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and ensuring accurate documentation for statutory requirements. The Inter CA will also help streamline financial processes, support budget preparation,



and contribute to maintaining transparent, timely, and compliant financial records.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong accounting fundamentals and practical experience with bookkeeping, ledger posting, and account reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, including assisting with preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow statements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation and compliance, such as GST, TDS, and basic corporate and statutory requirements relevant to the automotive sector.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to review financial data, identify discrepancies, and suggest improvements.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications include completion of CA Intermediate (Inter CA) from a recognized institute; prior experience or internship in a dealership, retail, or service-based industry will be an added advantage.
