About the Role:

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to build and manage data integrations, develop data pipelines, and ensure accurate data flow across systems. The role involves working with SQL, DBT, data transformation, and troubleshooting while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop, configure, and deploy integration solutions using SQL, DBT, and relevant data integration tools.
- Build and manage data pipelines to support seamless data movement across systems.
- Perform data cleansing, mapping, and transformation to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, data errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Use advanced Excel and spreadsheets for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Test and validate integration solutions for reliability, scalability, security, and quality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, diagrams, and integration configurations.




- Communicate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and provide project updates.
- Take ownership of integration projects from requirement gathering through implementation and delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, data quality, and pipeline efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- 13 years of relevant experience in Integration Engineering, Data Engineering, ETL, or similar roles.
- Robust hands-on SQL skills.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, data mapping, and transformation.
- Exposure to DBT, APIs, databases, or data integration tools.
- Proficiency in Excel, including data validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing environment and manage tasks independently.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with DBT or similar data transformation tools.
- Familiarity with Python, APIs, and relational databases.
- Experience with data quality checks, reconciliation, and integration testing.
- Understanding of data modelling and pipeline optimization.

- Location: Bengaluru
- Work Arrangement: 5 days a week from office
- Experience: 1–3 years
- Role Type: Full-time
- Preferred Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period
