Key Responsibilities

- Install, calibrate, test, and maintain industrial instrumentation and control systems.

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of instruments, sensors, transmitters, and control devices.

- Troubleshoot pressure, temperature, level, and flow measurement instruments.

- Maintain and troubleshoot control valves, solenoid valves, pneumatic systems, and actuators.

- Monitor and maintain PLC, SCADA, DCS, and other process automation systems.

- Carry out loop checking, instrument testing, and signal verification to ensure accurate measurement and control.

- Calibrate instruments using appropriate calibration tools and reference standards.

- Inspect and maintain control panels, instrument wiring, junction boxes, and cable connections.

- Identify instrument failures, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize plant downtime.

- Coordinate with production, electrical, mechanical,



and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

- Maintain calibration certificates, maintenance logs, instrument records, and technical documentation.

- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of recent instruments and automation equipment.

- Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures, quality standards, and applicable technical requirements.

- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with the stores and purchase departments for critical instrumentation spares.

- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and recommend improvements to instrument reliability and process efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
