- Develop and implement instructional strategies to meet diverse learners' needs.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and other visual aids to support learning objectives.
- Edit and review instructional materials for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in instructional design.

Job Requirements





- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
