DT IT Solutions Private Limited (DT IT Global), Jaipur is hiring an Instagram Content Creator to grow our App on Instagram, bring in app installs and send buyers to ecom website. You will work directly with the founder team.

About us

Our app is a spiritual companion app for followers of Sanatan Dharma. You ask it about life, worry, a festival or a puja, and it answers from the scriptures, shaped to your own situation. It also has Kundali, Kundali Chat, saadhna and scripture reading. The Android app is live on Google Play in India, Australia and three more countries, and the iPhone app is on its way.

Our ecom website is a puja and spiritual products store. Copper Shree Yantra, rudraksha malas, pyrite, puja kits and more, each sold with its vidhi and its meaning from the texts, not with scary promises.

Our people are Indian and NRI Hindus aged 25 to 55. Spiritual but practical, and tired of astrology that sells fear.

What the job is

You own our Instagram and you have three jobs. Make it a page people trust and come back to every day. Turn those followers into app installs. Send the right people to our ecom website, most of all around festivals. YouTube Shorts, Facebook and our WhatsApp channel get the same content, reworked to fit.

What you will do

- Build a monthly content calendar around the Hindu calendar (Ekadashi, Purnima, Pradosh, Sankranti, Navratri, Shravan, Diwali and the rest) plus our product launches.
- Post 4 to 5 reels and 2 to 3 carousels a week, and stories most days.
- Make app reels from screen recordings showing real questions people ask our app and its Kundali Chat.
- Shoot store products on your phone: unboxing, close ups, how to place a yantra, a puja vidhi step by step.
- Write captions in Hindi, Hinglish and English that sound like a person, not a brochure.




- Reply to comments and DMs the same day and send order questions to our support.
- Turn good reviews and customer photos into posts, with permission.
- Keep every link tracked so we know which posts bring installs and store visits.
- Find small spiritual and lifestyle creators and set up collabs, mostly in exchange for products.
- Plan festival pushes with the founder and help run small boosted posts.
- Share a one page report every Monday: followers, reach, saves, clicks, installs and store visits, and what you will try next.

You must have

- Reels you made yourself that we can see: your own page, a college page, a friend's business, anything.
- Good written Hindi and decent English.
- Day to day comfort with Canva and an editing app like CapCut, VN or InShot.
- A real feel for Instagram: trends, audio, hooks and Insights.
- Respect for Sanatan Dharma and a working knowledge of the main festivals and pujas.
- A smartphone with a decent camera.
- Comfort using AI tools for ideas and drafts, while keeping the final post human.

Nice if you have

- Clear Hindi voiceover, or positive Sanskrit pronunciation for mantras.
- Some experience with Meta Business Suite or boosted posts.
- Exposure to an online store, Shopify or app promotion.

How we talk

No fear based content. No promises of health, money, marriage or a job from any product or mantra. Every mantra and scripture reference is checked before it goes live. Deities and sacred symbols are treated with respect, always.

Pay and growth

Rs 10,000 per month during a 3 month probation. After that, Rs 15,000 or more based on your performance and how much you take on. Fresher to 2 years experience. Full time, work from office in Jaipur.
