Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B sales and product selling. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with business clients, understanding their requirements, presenting product solutions, and converting prospects into customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Identify potential customers, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Handle the complete inside sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and share product quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, order processing,



and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with inactive clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, and Product Sales.
- Proven experience in selling physical products to businesses, dealers, distributors, corporate clients, or other B2B customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up, and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and close sales deals.
- Positive knowledge of sales processes, quotations, and order management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
