Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales role based in Bengaluru, intended for immediate joiners with a compensation range of 35k to 45k.

The Inside

Sales qualified will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and present product and service offerings to potential and existing customers. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing quotations, following up on prospects, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales tracking systems. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order processing, resolving customer concerns, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The individual will contribute to sales campaigns, provide feedback on customer needs,



and support ongoing business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Carpentry skills, with the ability to understand construction-related requirements and product applications.
- Candidates should possess experience with Power Tools, including safe operation and basic troubleshooting relevant to customer discussions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Framing techniques, enabling effective communication with clients in construction or related domains.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Hand Tools and related usage, supporting clear explanations of product features and benefits.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Finish Carpentry, allowing them to address detailed customer questions and recommend suitable solutions.
- Additional qualifications may include strong communication and negotiation skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work with sales targets.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles, and comfort with using CRM or sales software, is beneficial.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with immediate availability are preferred.
