Inside Sales Executive — Second Homes, Villas and Plots (Vashi office)

You are the first person every buyer speaks to. Enquiries come in from our second-home and first-home projects; you call them, find out what they actually want, and hand the serious ones to our site team with everything they need to know.

This is a desk job and we mean that as a selling point. You will be at our Vashi office six days a week, on the phone most of the day. You will not spend your weekends on the highway. If you want to be in sales but cannot be on the road, this is a rare seat.

The work

- 120-150 conversations a day with people considering a Rs 70-150 lakh purchase
- Ask the questions that matter: why they want it, when, who else decides, how it is funded
- Keep the CRM honest — a lead you log badly is a sale someone else loses
- Book site visits and make sure the family actually turns up

We are looking for

- 0-3 years.



Freshers welcome — we will teach you to sell. We cannot teach you to care
- Fluent Marathi and Hindi on the phone; transparent written English
- Someone within reasonable reach of Vashi — Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Thane, Kalyan
- Real-estate pre-sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement

Rs 18,000-40,000 per month plus incentive on booked site visits that convert. Promotion to Relationship Manager — Second Homes in 12-18 months on performance; that role carries site responsibility and a bigger incentive.
