Job Description:

Position Overview

- AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, Python, SQL, AWS or Azure - Developer

- Data Analyst

MUST HAVE SKILLS

- Hands on experience in most of the following: AI/ML Projects, Developing Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning Algorithms, Deep Learning Models & Techniques, NLP, LLMs.
- Proficiency in the entire Predictive Modelling life cycle - From exploratory data analysis, data cleaning, Feature Engineering to Model Building and Validation, Operationalization and Scalability and establishing decision strategies, Experimentation Setup (hypothesis testing, measurements) etc.
- Experience in working with finetuning Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG Applications, Vector Databases, Transformer Architectures.
- Programming skills in Python, SQL, and hands on experience on using cloud technology platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Demonstrated expertise in synthesizing and presenting research and technical findings to diverse audiences.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS

- Exposure to AI-centric tools like PyTorch, Langchain, Langgraph is desirable




- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts (autonomous planning, reasoning, and multi-step actions) and tools like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to test and deploy AI agents to automate routine tasksAbility to partner closely with a diverse set of business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver AI/ML solutions
- Minimum Experience on Key Skills
- 6-9yrs

General Expectation

- Must have Good Communication
- Must be ready to work in 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM Shift3) Flexible to work in Client Location Manyata or EGL, Bangalore
- Must be ready to work from office in a Hybrid work environment. Full Remote work is not an option
- Expect Full Return to office in 2026

- Candidate must be screened using Video and ensure he/she is genuine and have proper work setup
- Candidates must have real work experience on mandatory skills mentioned in JD

- As these are competitive positions and client will not wait for 60 days and carry the risks of drop-out, candidates must of 0 to 3 weeks of Notice Period
