Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant Absence & Time Tracking
Location: Hybrid (Anywhere in India)
Experience: 6–14Years

Job Description:
We are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant with robust hands-on experience in Absence Management & Time Tracking. The ideal candidate should be able to configure, test, and support Workday modules, work with stakeholders to gather requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

- Workday Absence Implementation (hands-on)

- Workday Time Tracking configuration & support

- Core HCM (Position Management, Job Changes, Termination)

- Business Process Configuration (Absence & Time workflows)

- Workday Reporting (Advanced & Calculated Fields)

- EIBs for Absence/Time data

- Testing (Unit, Regression, UAT)

- Requirement gathering & documentation

- End-user training & stakeholder communication

- Workday Functional Certification (preferred)
