- Lead end to end implementation of Logic Monitor for enterprise accounts covering onboarding customization integrations and transition to steady state operations
- Key Responsibilities
- Own complete Logic Monitor implementation lifecycle requirement analysis design onboarding and production rollout
- Onboard large scale infrastructure cloud on prem network storage using best practice collector and discovery models
- Design and implement alert strategies escalation policies dashboards and reports aligned to SLAsSLOs
- Integrate LogicMonitor with ITSM CMDB and automation platforms
- Drive performance tuning alert reduction and noise optimization during stabilization
- Provide implementation documentation KT and transition support to operations teams
