We are looking for Operations Executives who can take ownership of HR coordination, production movements, and resource allocation at the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day HR & employee coordination
• Monitor production movements and employee/project movements
• Coordinate resource allocation based on project requirements
• Track manpower availability, requirements, and utilization
• Coordinate with Team Leads, Managers, HR, and Production teams
• Monitor attendance, leave, onboarding, and employee-related activities
• Identify operational gaps and ensure timely escalation and follow-up
• Prepare daily/weekly operations and resource reports
• Support smooth coordination between employees, production teams, and management





What We're Looking For
• Solid communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Good understanding of HR and operational activities
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS
• Ability to work closely with employees, Team Leads, and Managers
• Strong ownership and accountability

This is a multifunctional Operations role not limited to HR. The role will focus on managing People + Production + Resources at the assigned location.
