Role & responsibilities

- Lead and oversee Project Accounting, Product Costing, Cost Center & Profitability Accounting processes.
- Manage month-end close, financial reporting, cost allocations, profitability analysis and inventory valuation activities.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance and integrity of financial and management accounting information.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, annual operating planning and performance reporting processes.
- Provide insights on EBIT, profitability, cost optimization and business performance.
- Lead audits, internal controls, compliance and risk management activities.
- Partner with global business leaders and finance stakeholders to support strategic decision making.
- Sponsor process improvement, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and business integration projects.
- Develop,



coach and manage high-performing finance teams while maintaining service excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Business Administration.
- 812+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Controlling, Costing, Financial Reporting or Shared Services environments.
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management and people management experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
