Job Summary

GSK Solutions Inc. is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters with strong expertise in Direct Client hiring and VMS portals. Candidates with excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for US Direct Client, State Client requirements.
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work extensively on VMS portals and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate submissions.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

- 2 to 7 years of US IT Recruitment experience.




- Hands-on experience working with Direct Clients.
- Good to have working experience with State Clients and VMS portals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
