Role Description The Inside Sales Associate (EdTech) role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with prospective learners and institutional clients via phone, email, and online channels to promote EdTech products and services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining product features and advantages, conducting product demos or presentations, and following up to drive conversions. The associate will manage accounts, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns and improve the sales process. The role also includes addressing customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses, and supporting a positive overall learning experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments or subscriptions.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle queries,



resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Account Management capabilities, including maintaining client data, tracking interactions, and supporting renewals or upsell opportunities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present EdTech solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications; comfort working with data and reports.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in inside sales or EdTech sales is an advantage.
- Demonstrated collaborative mindset and willingness to learn about education technology products and market trends.
