Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Operator with 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating plastic injection moulding machines. The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, production monitoring, quality checks, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining smooth production operations.

Candidates with experience in plastic or polymer manufacturing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor plastic injection moulding machines as per production requirements.
- Assist with machine start-up, shutdown, mould changes, and production changeovers.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, injection pressure, holding pressure, cycle time, and cooling time.
- Ensure the correct raw materials are loaded and processed according to production instructions.
- Inspect moulded components for dimensional accuracy, surface defects, flash, short shots, warpage, and other quality issues.
- Identify basic machine and process abnormalities and report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Monitor production output, rejection rates, cycle times, and material consumption.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and material usage details.
- Follow quality standards, workplace safety procedures, and production instructions.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Plastics Processing, Polymer Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating injection moulding machines.




- Knowledge of plastic raw materials and basic injection moulding processes.
- Understanding of machine settings, cycle times, and product quality requirements.
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing setting and meet production targets.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with hydraulic or all-electric injection moulding machines.
- Familiarity with machines from manufacturers such as Haitian, Engel, Toshiba, Milacron, or similar brands.
- Knowledge of plastic materials such as PP, ABS, HDPE, LDPE, PC, Nylon, and other engineering plastics.
- Experience with mould loading, mould setting, and material changeovers.
- Basic understanding of rejection analysis, preventive maintenance, and production documentation.
- Experience in automotive, engineering plastics, or other plastic component manufacturing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
