- Design configure and manage enterprise network infrastructure
- Install maintain and troubleshoot LAN WAN WLAN SD WAN VPN and Data Center networks
- Configure and support routers switches firewalls load balancers and wireless controllers
- Monitor network performance availability and capacity to ensure optimal service delivery
- Perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for connectivity and performance issues
- Implement network security controls firewall rules VLANs NAC and access policies
- Manage routing and switching protocols including BGP OSPF EIGRP STP and VLANs
- Support cloud networking environments in AWS Azure and GCP
- Configure and manage VPN solutions for remote connectivity
- Implement network monitoring and alerting using enterprise monitoring tools
- Support infrastructure projects upgrades migrations and technology refresh initiatives
- Maintain network documentation topology diagrams and operational procedures
- Collaborate with Security Cloud Server and Application teams
- Perform capacity planning performance tuning and disaster recovery activities
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry standards
- Participate in incident problem and change management processes
