Role Description The Information Technology Recruiter is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop effective talent acquisition strategies, and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical roles.

Day-to-day activities include proactive outreach through various channels,



conducting initial assessments of technical and cultural fit, scheduling and facilitating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment data, and provide regular reports on hiring progress and market insights.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting, from requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Strong IT Recruitment skills, with experience sourcing and hiring for technical and software development roles.
- Proficiency in Technical Recruiting, including assessing technical resumes and coordinating technical interviews.
- Solid Recruiting and Hiring skills, including candidate evaluation, negotiation, and closing offers.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Knowledge of current technology stacks, software development roles, and IT market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
