Role Description The Information Technology Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. The role involves providing first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and common applications. The IT Support Executive will respond to support tickets, diagnose and resolve system errors, and escalate complex issues when needed.

Responsibilities include installing and configuring systems, managing user accounts and permissions,



maintaining backups and antivirus solutions, and monitoring network connectivity to ensure minimal downtime. The role also includes documenting incidents, maintaining asset inventory, coordinating with vendors, and supporting internal teams such as developers and designers in resolving technical challenges.

Qualifications
