The consultant will provide application support for Infor BPCS in a production support environment, supporting Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and related business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Infor BPCS applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.

- Support Supply Chain and Demand Planning business processes.

- Analyze application defects and coordinate fixes with technical teams.

- Work closely with business users with overlap during North America business hours.

- Support testing, deployments, and enhancement requests.

- Participate in on-call and critical issue resolution activities as needed.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Infor BPCS.





- Robust understanding of Supply Chain, Inventory, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Order Management processes.

- Experience in ERP application support and incident management.

- Ability to analyze functional issues and coordinate with technical teams.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with offshore-onshore support models.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to IBM AS400 / IBM i environments.

- Knowledge of RPG, DB2, or ERP integrations.
