Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow development, Now Assist, and Generative AI capabilities. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating AI-powered solutions across ServiceNow workflows to improve enterprise automation, conversational experiences, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist and Generative AI capabilities.
- Configure and customize Now Assist use cases across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, IRM/GRC, and SPM.
- Develop and configure Virtual Agent, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Configure and optimize GenAI skills, prompts, summarization, classification, recommendations, and conversational experiences.
- Build and customize ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and APIs.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow, enterprise applications, and external AI/LLM services using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Integrate ServiceNow AI capabilities with platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and other enterprise AI services.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to identify and implement suitable AI use cases.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow AI solutions.
- Participate in technical design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning,



and root-cause analysis for application and integration issues.
- Apply ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, access controls, and upgrade-safe implementation principles.
- Evaluate opportunities to improve service delivery, workflow efficiency, and user experience through AI-driven automation.
- Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, configuration details, and implementation guides.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5 - 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, platform engineering, or enterprise workflow automation, with relevant hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI capabilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and customization.
- Practical experience with Now Assist and ServiceNow Generative AI capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Virtual Agent, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, prompt configuration, summarization, classification, and conversational AI use cases.
- Experience working with one or more ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM/GRC, or SPM.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and external APIs.
- Good understanding of data security, access controls, privacy, and responsible AI implementation.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams, functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Positive communication skills and the ability to document technical solutions clearly.
