Digital Web Solutions, through its brand CollabX, is seeking 25 enthusiastic individuals to join our Influencer Marketing Trainee program. This 6-month paid training initiative is designed for freshers with no prior experience, offering hands-on, on-the-job training from day one. You will be immersed in real client work, learning the intricacies of influencer marketing in a fast-growing industry. Upon successful completion of the training and a performance check, you will receive a full-time job offer with a competitive salary package. This program is ideal for graduates or undergraduates looking to kickstart their career in a energetic field while potentially continuing their education.

Responsibilities

- Program Duration & Model: 6 Months | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | In-Office | Monday–Friday
- Location: 174, Udyog Vihar, Phase I, Gurugram, Haryana – 122016
- Program Type: On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- Target Group: Final-Year Students & Freshers

- Months 1–2: ₹5,000 per month
- From Month 3 onwards: Full-time opportunity at ₹25,000 per month + ₹5,000 performance-based variable pay

- Identify and reach out to relevant influencers for CollabX's clients
- Coordinate collaborations and manage campaign timelines
- Work with influencers to create promotional videos for client brands
- Track campaign performance and report results
- Participate in hands-on, on-the-job training for 6 months
- Engage in real client work from day one
- Learn the fundamentals of influencer marketing
- Contribute to campaign strategy and execution
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success
