Role Summary

We are looking for creative and enthusiastic Management Trainees to join GoMechanic’s Brand Marketing team and support content creation, social media marketing, and influencer collaborations. The role involves developing engaging content ideas and video scripts, onboarding and managing influencers, coordinating barter collaborations, and ensuring timely execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and creative writing skills, an understanding of social media trends, and a keen interest in brand building and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Scriptwriting Develop creative content ideas for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms. Write engaging scripts for short-form videos, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.



Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and content opportunities relevant to the automotive industry.

2. Social Media & Brand Marketing Support the execution of organic social media and brand marketing initiatives. Contribute to content planning, campaign ideation, and brand storytelling. Ensure all content aligns with GoMechanic’s brand identity, tone, and communication guidelines.

1. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations Identify and onboard relevant influencers and content creators for brand collaborations. Coordinate with influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle, from initial outreach to final content delivery. Review influencer scripts and content to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with campaign objectives. Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and collaboration outcomes.
2. Barter Collaborations Coordinate barter-based collaborations with influencers and content creators. Manage communication, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure timely campaign execution. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline marketing activities. Maintain records of influencer partnerships, campaign details, and content performance.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field. Solid interest in content creation, social media marketing, and influencer marketing. Good creative writing and scriptwriting skills for reels, short-form videos, and digital campaigns. Basic understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and brand building. Ability to identify, onboard, and coordinate with influencers and content creators. Understanding of barter collaborations and influencer campaign execution. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A portfolio of content, scripts, or social media projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
