Role: Influencer Marketing Associate -

Location: Sector 94, Noida (Nearest Metro Station - Okhla Bird Sanctuary )

Work Mode: On-site

Experience: 2–3 years in Influencer Marketing / Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency.

Role Overview -

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate who has hands-on experience in managing Micro and Nano creators and can independently manage influencer campaigns from creator research and shortlisting to negotiation, execution, client coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Creator Research & Sourcing

2. Influencer List & Data Management - Maintain creator data including name, social media profile, category, location, followers, engagement rate, audience insights, contact details, previous collaborations and commercials.

3.Influencer Costing & Negotiation

4.Campaign Execution

5. Client Handling – Agency Experience





6.Campaign Reporting & Analytics - Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, views, engagement, engagement rate, content delivered and campaign spend.

7. Influencer Relationship Management

Key Skills Required -

- Strong Influencer/Creator Research skills.
- Hands-on experience managing Micro & Nano Creators.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian influencer ecosystem.
- Influencer sourcing, shortlisting and outreach.
- Influencer database and data management.
- Robust cost negotiation and commercial management skills.
- Campaign execution and coordination.
- Excellent client handling and communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

The candidate should be able to independently manage the complete influencer campaign lifecycle: Research → Shortlist → Influencer List/Data → Outreach → Costing & Negotiation → Onboarding → Execution → Client Coordination → Reporting
