About the Role

This role involves owning creator partnerships and UGC campaigns from start to finish, driving measurable reach and conversions on a lean, ROI-focused budget. The ideal candidate will manage a high volume of creator campaigns, ensuring content is fresh, distinct, and on-brand, while continuously optimizing for performance and maintaining strong creator relationships.

Responsibilities

- Plan and run influencer marketing campaigns with creators across global markets, especially the US and other Western markets
- Find, contact, negotiate with, and onboard creators, working directly with them or through their agencies
- Manage campaigns with 100+ creators every two weeks while keeping each piece of content fresh, distinct, and on-brand
- Brief creators on content formats, hooks, and messaging, and review their content before it goes live
- Build and grow the UGC program, including work with new creators who have few or no followers
- Study what performs, spot patterns in content, and use those patterns to shape the next round of briefs
- Manage a monthly creator budget of about $10,000 and get the most return from every dollar spent
- Track CPM, unique link clicks, and conversions for each creator, and use the data to decide where to spend
- Help improve conversion tracking at the bottom of the funnel, working with internal teams on attribution
- Keep creator relationships strong so the best performers want to work with the company again
- Keep up with creator economy trends, creator pricing, and new platforms, and bring recent ideas to the team




- Work closely with the existing influencer marketing lead and share ownership of results

Qualifications

- 2+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience, with a clear track record of working with creators and brands
- Agency experience, where you handled campaigns for several brands, is strongly preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proven experience managing creator campaigns at volume while keeping content quality high
- Strong judgment about content: you can tell what makes a short video work and explain why
- Comfortable with campaign metrics such as CPM, CTR, link clicks, and conversions
- High agency: you take ownership, act without waiting for instructions, and see work through to the end
- Curiosity about creators, platforms, and what makes content spread
