We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team remotely and help manage influencer partnerships and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify suitable influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Contact influencers and creators for brand collaborations and marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with influencers.
- Coordinate with creators, talent managers, brands, and internal team members.
- Prepare influencer lists based on campaign requirements, audience, niche, engagement, and budget.
- Manage campaign execution, follow-ups, deadlines, and content delivery.
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and reports using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement,



and deliverables.
- Build long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
- Communicate professionally and ensure smooth execution of multiple campaigns.

Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Confidence in approaching influencers and negotiating collaboration rates.
- Positive research, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and online collaboration tools.
- Self-disciplined and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing is a plus.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
