We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineering Consultant to assess manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, optimize equipment utilization, and recommend workforce deployment strategies across multiple manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess operational capacity, throughput efficiency, equipment effectiveness, and production bottlenecks.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes involving paper production, printing, and metal blanking & annealing.
- Conduct productivity assessments, time and motion studies, and workload analysis.
- Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, wastage, production delays, and operational inefficiencies.
- Recommend manpower requirements and staffing norms across manufacturing, maintenance, quality inspection, and support services.
- Evaluate shift-wise workforce deployment and resource utilization.
- Develop recommendations for improving productivity, operational performance, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare assessment reports with findings, improvement plans, and manpower recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience





- Experience in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or Process Improvement.
- Knowledge of capacity planning, productivity analysis, OEE, time and motion studies, and manpower planning.
- Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably paper, printing, metal processing, or similar industries.
- Ability to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical improvements.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Prior experience as an Industrial Engineering Consultant or manufacturing operations expert is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile Experienced Industrial Engineers, Production Engineers, Manufacturing Consultants, or Plant Operations Professionals who are interested in working on a retainership / consulting basis.
