We’re hiring an AGM/DGM – Industrial Sales (Food Services) to drive new business acquisition in contract catering, corporate dining, and industrial food services.

- Experience: 10+ years in Industrial Sales / Business Development
? Key Responsibilities
- Acquire current clients in manufacturing, logistics, automotive, FMCG, pharma, and electronics sectors
- Build relationships with Plant Heads, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Leaders, CXOs
- Lead the complete sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiations, closures
- Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to design customized food service solutions
- Achieve revenue and client acquisition targets
? What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in food services, hospitality, or contract catering sales
- Strong network across industrial/manufacturing organizations
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- MBA / Hospitality Management preferred
