Position: Chef, Indian Chinese & Continental section

Level: Commis / CDP / Sous Chef, depending on experience

Salary: ₹20,000–25,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Joining: Immediate [confirm]

Job type: Full-time, live-in

What you'll cook

- Indian Chinese: noodles, fried rice, manchurian, chilli dishes, momos, soups, starters
- Continental: pastas, sandwiches, burgers, grills, salads, breakfast items (eggs, pancakes, toast) for café and room-service orders
- Daily breakfast buffet and à la carte service

Requirements
- 2+ years in Indian Chinese cuisine; Continental experience is a strong plus [confirm years]
- Comfortable with wok cooking, sauces and keeping the taste consistent




- Good hygiene and kitchen discipline; follows FIFO and keeps the station clean
- Can work in a team and handle a busy service
- Hotel, restaurant or café experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Prep and cook your section to menu standards
- Take care of stock, ordering requests and wastage control for your section
- Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic
- Support the café in-charge during peak days
