Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IndiaMART Enquiry Executive to manage incoming buyer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with potential customers, and coordinate with internal teams to convert leads into confirmed orders.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Respond to all IndiaMART enquiries within 15 minutes.
- Understand buyer requirements, including product specifications, size, quantity, and delivery details.
- Prepare and share quotations as per the approved rate card.
- Follow up on every quotation until the order is confirmed or marked as lost.
- Maintain and update the lead sheet daily with enquiry and follow-up status.




- Coordinate with dispatch and procurement teams for confirmed orders.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and ensure timely responses.

Eligibility & Required Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and meet response-time targets.
