Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s IndiaMART account and product listings.
- Handle customer inquiries and leads received through IndiaMART.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Provide product details, quotations, and pricing to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing and delivery.
- Maintain daily lead records, customer details, and sales reports.
- Regularly update product information, pricing, and account performance.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Experience in IndiaMART or B2B sales will be preferred.
- Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
